My great theory
June 29, 2008 9:36 am Random SuetToday I made an important discovery! Actually it’s more of a theory than a discovery but whatever here goes! I was having dinner with my mom when I thought of this but when I told her, she wasn’t really amazed at such an amazing theory hmmp >=(
Ok my theory is, anything that can be stolen are things you shouldn’t spend on!
It’s damn true ok! My mom was commenting on how suxxor to the maxxor my phone was and I told her that there’s no point getting a good phone cause people are gonna steal it! Which is why I’m stuck with my butterfly phone for life cause even if I leave it on the table no one’s gonna steal it anyway. Like Daniel (a fellow el cheapo friend of mine wtf) said, that person who is about to steal my lousy phone will most probably slip in some money for me out of pity so I can get a better phone HAHAHHA
Yeah so don’t ever splurge too much on handphones or handbags or other steal-able stuff! Things like clothes and food are okay cause no one’s gonna steal them from you! Shoes also okay la harder to steal when you’re wearing them. Laptops just get the cheapest ones like mine, Dell wtf quite good for its price ok.
OMG THIS IS SUCH AN AMAZING THEORY! Follow this and you will never regret for life!
Hmm, I should alter my lifestyle to follow this theory from now on. Which means..I probably should get better makeup and skincare products cause nobody will steal them. *pats self
Oh I was looking at my old pictures and since I’m in an okay mood today, I shall reward all of you with pictures of shanshan! hahaha i can hear the shanshan fan club going hysterical wtf. Anyway, if you don’t know, shanshan is my pretty roommate from china ok please don’t ask where is she from already! She has a boyfriend and he’s from Harvard ok so if you’re better than that then maybe you got chance lah ok no more questions about her! if not need to pay wtf

ANYWAY i damn sad cause tomorrow is doomsday T__T I’ve been whining to my mom, sis, bro, bf and everyone that I will have no life starting from tomorrow wtf haih I know i’m exaggerating.
10.30pm time to sleep T_T I haven’t slept earlier than 2 am since like..ages sigh.
p.s: won’t update that much anymore unless..if I do it during work nyehehe and get fired wtf

I totally agree with your theory, if you buy expensive stuff people are more tempted to steal it. Like my roomie just bought a super old junk car we can get away with not locking car doors, but our neighbor has a nice SUV so they have to be careful even where they park it. Damn itchy fingers one some people see you got nice car go and scratch T__T”

Haha, your theory is undeniably correct. That’s why I believe I’m a worse cheapo than you. My hp is in such a terrible state but I don’t even bother to change the cover, even though the screen has seriously obvious cracks. My laptop cheaper. Acer = RM2k only.

sorry to bust your theory, but well let me tell you my life experience which is very true T_T
the first time i got robbed was in pyramid, with my very cheap, small back bag from teddy tales one and my second hand cheap nokia phone, the 3410 model. second time was in mcdonalds, my very cheap blue teddy tales wallet (last time used to like it a lot hahaha). third time in usj, a very small, normal white bag also no brand one (bought from those stalls in malls) along with my phone um can’t remember what model it is already buy also very cheap one la. fourth time, in college my another cheap nokia 3100 gone. and finally on ktm also kena, also a cheap phone that i can’t remember what model.
haha by that time i was thinking wah how can be so unlucky until like this one!! then i noticed a very funny thing that is all my friends who own branded stuff and never even take any precautions like i do when walking on streets / sidewalks etc NEVER get snatched thief one. they can be showcasing their branded wallets or expensive phones in the middle of the road and nobody targets them. so i decided to experiment, and yeah i went to buy myself a RM200 guess bag and a more expensive phone and some roxy wallet etc and SUDDENLY .. got no more robbery cases. haha REALLY one i’m so not bluffing you. so yah my lifestyle has changed since then haha have to splurge on more expensive items but at least they’re not getting stolen anymore T_T
