All about my eyes

Since I have time lately, I compiled all my eye products (mascara and eyeshadow) to do some sort of a review.
First of all! How to give yourself double eyelids! Okay everyone probably knows this already but I still want to show it anyway.
My eyes without mascara but with eyeliner and a little eyeshadow.
My right eye has no double eyelid (actually got but my eyelid is like..folded in..so can’t really see), so this is what I do
cut a little bit of cellotape, and then cut it into a 0.08cm stripe.
Then, stick it somewhere..uh..there. wtf I suck at explaining things but you have to experiment a little to get the result you like best.
yay double eyelids for both eyes! I don’t really like my eyes cause erm the eyelids are like folded in omg this is so hard to describe!! haih whatever lah if you don’t understand let me know I’ll draw it out wtf
First of all! Voluminizing Mascara from The Face Shop (RM29, non waterproof)

put it on my left eye, right eye is without mascara.

from the side. I didn’t curl my lashes before that so it’s not that curled.
Verdict:
Pros: I really like this mascara cause it doesn’t clump together like other mascaras and it’s pretty affordable. The waterproof one is about RM10 more but since my eyes aren’t that watery and my mascara and eyeliner don’t smudge easily, I got the non waterproof one. Sooooo much easier to remove!
Cons: can’t think of any right now
Next! The super overhyped Tsuya Tsuya Angel Eyes mascara.
My mom got them for me last month when she went to Genting and she didn’t want to tell me how much it was at first, just kept insisting that it was really good cause she saw the promoter putting it on for someone else. When I found out how much it was, I screamed bloody murder wtf cause IT’S SO DAMN EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
ok fine I didn’t tell my mom it wasn’t worth it cause it was really nice and sweet of her to get it for me (for my sis actually) blabla long story short IT IS RM130 WTF WTF damn expensive!! It’s RM52 for the mascara itself, another 78 for the black fiber thingy. There’s another white fiber thingy to complete the set but that’s another rm78! so she didn’t get that.
I tried applying myself but I really didn’t think it’s that good so I went to Midvalley where they had a booth there and asked them to put it on for me.

This is with both the white and black fibers but since I only have the black one (which is for volume), I tried it myself at home.

Without the white fiber, my lashes are definitely shorter but still pretty long I’d say.
verdict:
pros: Lashes are definitely thicker than my faceshop one and surprisingly not that clumpy at all. I only put on one layer of it so I guess it’ll be much thicker if you put like..5 layers wtf
cons: bleh too expensive so knowing me, I’d say that it’s not worth the price. It’s only so so when it comes to removing it, not thaaat easy but not super hard either. TOO EXPENSIVE BAH
Next, Maybelline’s XXL mascara. (rm35) I used to use the other black one prior to this (which is really good) but I thought I’d try this one out.
1st step: apply the white side first to elongate your lashes
Then, apply the black part!

Verdict:
Pros: I’d say that this is actually as thick as the tsuya superexpensivewtf tsuya one! plus it’s sooo much cheaper!
Cons: Kinda clumpy..only alright when it comes to removing it (maybe I should get a better makeup remover wtf)

blabla enough about mascaras, now let’s move on to fake lashes! I started using fake lashes this year and really love them. Here are some of my pictures with fake lashes:

I’ve heard about this one touch and go lashes a lot lately but never really wanted it…..ok i lied! T__T I went into the shop THREE times to just look at it but never buy cause don’t want to waste money boohoo I swear the sales assistant recognize me already ok that’s why when I went in for the 4th time she didn’t come and ask if she could help me like the 3 other times wtf
finally bought it! *big wet eyes. RM15.80 (shut up I know what you want to say) from Shins
These are pre-glued fake lashes so you don’t have to apply glue on it!

verdict:
pros: very easy to put on, much easier than lashes that you have to apply glue to cause these ones are dry so they aren’t that messy, pretty affordable
cons: maybe it’s just this particular pair but they look too natural for me (for events/dinner etc), there is an extra adhesive thingy but I think you can only use a maximum of 5 times? depending on how you take care of it. After that and it’s back to glue for you. Also, it’s not thaaat sticky so it might come out pretty easily..
But! A hugeee thumbs up cause it’s so easy to apply!
ok next! told you I have a lot more! this whatever instant eyeshadow applicator thingy.
I see this everywhere now!! My sister got them for free from her friend so okay, let me try this out. (don’t know how much this is but I think it’s pretty expensive)
This is an instant eyeshadow thingy for lazy people, just stick it on your eyelid like that, and swipe.
Tada! you have to use a brush to blend it after swiping.
verdict:
pros: super easy to apply
cons: DAMN UGLY LIKE CRAZY OK WHOEVER WHO BOUGHT THIS JUST WASTED HER MONEY HAHAHHAHA haih conclusion is never be lazy!
LASTLY, finally! This whatever star secrets kit thingy from Loreal (not sure how much or from where cause they’re my sis’)
whee! now you can copy their looks! I’m going to copy Doutzen Kroes’ look today.
(now i have triple eyelids thanks to the cellotape wtf)

but in any case, i think it’s pretty good coz it made my lashes so long and my eyes so big! but since it’s so expensive, i only reserve it for special-occasion-days…

i swear by maybelline express turbo boost plus unstoppable normal black. but the grey tube normal black has more fibre than shiny black! dont know why.
i realised the problem with the lashes alr. if u’re using glue, u have to sort of prop it higher before it dries totally. if not it’ll just look long from the sides, and short from front view. i think u know what i mean la. haha.

The instant eyeshadow cost about RM10. The colour that you’ve applied is quite plain and light. Try the brownish gold colour. It’s not bad.
However, i suppose every girl would prefer to apply their own eyeshadow. it would be much more fun!

omg i cant believe it tats the tsuya2 dat my mum bought too!!! from genting oso wtf. she bought the intense growth serum which gives a burning feeling to ur skin after applying wtf stupid thing make me unable to open my eyes everytime after applying. it’s translucent, not the black one, wonder if u noe about it?? omg i think my mum got cheated she paid rm100++ for it!!! grrr not like my lashes grow any longer anyway(but according to d salesgirl, need to apply everyday la.. not like i will. i dun wanna burn my eyes everyday wtf)

woah u used cellotape instead of those traditional double eye lid tape/ glue … @.@ its the first time i’ve seen somone use cellotape haha! when i have puffy eyes, i use my double eyelid glue to stick out my double eye lid LOL…
anyway… u can try Loreal double extension.. or fasio… both are pretty hard to remove but quite gd xD
woah and how did u add on 2 falsies on 1 eye lid? won’t ur eyes go droopy and sleepy looking? so heavy la haha!

Ehhh I thought the Tsuya Tsuya mascara quite cheap wor! ‘Cause the mascara is RM52, but it can be revived with the mascara tonic (it comes with it), so whenever your mascara dries up, you just need to add a few drops, and tada, mascara alive again! wtf and it will last up till 2 years! Normal mascaras only have a useful life of 3 months– you’re supposed to swap after that. And as for the fiber, they last for 5 years! So if you thin about it, it really isn’t expensive at all.

sw, erm nope ive only tried cellotape. if u want u can like, paste the cellotape on your hand first then only use it on your eye so it won’t be that sticky and wont hurt as much.

HI thanks for the tips. Do you have any tips for applying eyeliner and the product you use for that? I really want to try using eyeline to highlight my eyes but i tend to get watery when i try to do so. any tips will be very helpful
