Sweat Betul

Things are getting harder and harder each day for us and I don’t know what we or I did to bring us to this stage. I thought love always prevails but that’s not so true after all, is it?

3 years 8 months and still counting. But does that really matter anymore? Should how long we’ve been together be a measurement of how good things are going?

This sucks. I find myself trying less and less to keep this relationship alive. I don’t feel motivated at all when the future seems so uncertain. Distance and more distance, complacency, knowing too much about each other, feeling as if you can’t live one day without seeing the other and just so many gray spots.

I don’t like to live my life not knowing what’s going to happen next. I’ve always been the type of person who likes everything planned or mapped out in my head. I seek solace in knowing that my future is certain, or at least know which direction I’m going. But now, I can’t plan my relationship and it kills me.

He’s going back to college next Tuesday, and me a week after that.

Ok fine so maybe I might have exaggerated *a little* on how ugly my hair is (was, actually, more on this later) but okay, I’ll post pictures up and you can judge for yourself. Anyway what happened was, poor innocent me balik-ed kampung right? And it was a jolly time and all with durians and seafood and all sorts of hawker delight UNTIL I made the wrong decision to cut my hair.

There was this small salon that we always frequented since forever and I thought lalala nothing can go wrong right and it was much cheaper to cut there than to cut in kl. Then, I asked for a trim and didn’t think it was worth my money so I put on a brave face and said ‘ok layer more!’ which was a hugeeeeeeeeee mistake. Sigh, lesson learnt. Never ever want to get your money’s worth again and never ever let an ah beng ‘layer’ your hair.

When he was in the midst of layering my hair, I saw what he was gonna do and freaked out.

I almost fainted ok and started shivering like crazy wtf. I told him sternly that no I don’t want this hair (which was a little too late cause he already cut it half way T_T) and he was like don’t worry after this very nice one this one is the latest style WTF I don’t care if it’s the latest style it’s damn ugly ok T_____T Anyway I was so stupid cause I was too scared to say anything in case if he gets angry and simply cut later wtf so look what happened:

!!! It was supposed to be exactly like the picture I drew at first but after I freaked out, he toned it down and it became like this, which is still super ugly!! What kinda hairstyle is this!! How is this the latest trend?!

Anyway it didn’t look that bad in the salon but when I went back, it looked uglier and uglier. After this picture was taken, I couldn’t take it anymore and went back and demanded for someone else other than the ah beng to fix this catastrophe so now it’s fixed. fuh!

now it looks like this….which looks pretty normal except that it’s much thinner and shorter sigh.

Ok biggest dilemma in all 19 years of my pathetic existence so far:  should I cut it this short?? I only need to chop away the long layers..which I can do it myself for free wtf (sorry I was still wearing my pajamas here haih what to do life as a bummer like this one lah wake up whenever I want so don’t have to be pressured to bathe)

(but I shall put on a nicer top and pretend that I have something to do after this wtf)

Should I cut my hair this short?!

Pros: Err something different I guess

Cons: I’m gonna freeze during winter without my long hair to keep my neck warm! and my shoulders are kinda fat/big so I need my long hair to feel more secure, without it I’ll feel so exposed..

To further bimbofy this post, let me tell you what I bought in sg wang today. I know it’s crazy but sg wang is my favorite mall from now on cause everything is sooooo cheap. I bought 3 things today!! which is a LOT to me ok please don’t judge me wtf

You are never gonna believe how much I bought this dress for..on second glance, it’s probably not the nicest dress ever but who cares! it’s only rm15!

Ok shut up! I know I have succumbed to lala style but this is really nice ok and it’s so practical for fall/winter! RM20 haih quite expensive but it’s ok if I ever decide to cut my hair short, I’ll need a scarf.

I think I’m starting to like my new hair..but I’ll definitely miss my long unlayered village hair =(

p.s: I bought Forensic Heroes II on dvd to watch on my 24-hour long flight! Slight problem: it only has chinese subtitle and my cantonese is just alright, so I’m kinda scared that I won’t be able to catch the story. Anyone knows where I can download english/malay subtitle into my dvds? Sounds pretty impossible actually.

It has two layers and the two layers are 5 inches apart wtf can you imagine?? The first layer stops near my neck and the other layer is somewhere near my chest T_T and there are only that two layers…..no other layers in between……………………….

Since I have time lately, I compiled all my eye products (mascara and eyeshadow) to do some sort of a review.

First of all! How to give yourself double eyelids! Okay everyone probably knows this already but I still want to show it anyway.

My eyes without mascara but with eyeliner and a little eyeshadow.

My right eye has no double eyelid (actually got but my eyelid is like..folded in..so can’t really see), so this is what I do

cut a little bit of cellotape, and then cut it into a 0.08cm stripe.

Then, stick it somewhere..uh..there. wtf I suck at explaining things but you have to experiment a little to get the result you like best.

yay double eyelids for both eyes! I don’t really like my eyes cause erm the eyelids are like folded in omg this is so hard to describe!! haih whatever lah if you don’t understand let me know I’ll draw it out wtf

First of all! Voluminizing Mascara from The Face Shop (RM29, non waterproof)

put it on my left eye, right eye is without mascara.

from the side. I didn’t curl my lashes before that so it’s not that curled.

Verdict:

Pros: I really like this mascara cause it doesn’t clump together like other mascaras and it’s pretty affordable. The waterproof one is about RM10 more but since my eyes aren’t that watery and my mascara and eyeliner don’t smudge easily, I got the non waterproof one. Sooooo much easier to remove!

Cons:  can’t think of any right now

Next! The super overhyped Tsuya Tsuya Angel Eyes mascara.

My mom got them for me last month when she went to Genting and she didn’t want to tell me how much it was at first, just kept insisting that it was really good cause she saw the promoter putting it on for someone else. When I found out how much it was, I screamed bloody murder wtf cause IT’S SO DAMN EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

ok fine I didn’t tell my mom it wasn’t worth it cause it was really nice and sweet of her to get it for me (for my sis actually) blabla long story short IT IS RM130 WTF WTF damn expensive!! It’s RM52 for the mascara itself, another 78 for the black fiber thingy. There’s another white fiber thingy to complete the set but that’s another rm78! so she didn’t get that.

I tried applying myself but I really didn’t think it’s that good so I went to Midvalley where they had a booth there and asked them to put it on for me.

This is with both the white and black fibers but since I only have the black one (which is for volume), I tried it myself at home.

Without the white fiber, my lashes are definitely shorter but still pretty long I’d say.

verdict:

pros: Lashes are definitely thicker than my faceshop one and surprisingly not that clumpy at all. I only put on one layer of it so I guess it’ll be much thicker if you put like..5 layers wtf

cons: bleh too expensive so knowing me, I’d say that it’s not worth the price. It’s only so so when it comes to removing it, not thaaat easy but not super hard either.  TOO EXPENSIVE BAH

Next, Maybelline’s XXL mascara. (rm35) I used to use the other black one prior to this (which is really good) but I thought I’d try this one out.

1st step: apply the white side first to elongate your lashes

Then, apply the black part!

Verdict:

Pros: I’d say that this is actually as thick as the tsuya superexpensivewtf tsuya one! plus it’s sooo much cheaper!

Cons: Kinda clumpy..only alright when it comes to removing it (maybe I should get a better makeup remover wtf)
