Thanks to a certain kind man, I’m now gonna have my blog hosted for free!!! My eyes lighted up immediately when he said he’ll host me for free =D Anything free is good! Anyway I still have to buy my own domain but it’s only $10 a year…so not thaaat expensive I guess.

I AM SUPER EXCITED NOW

SUPER SUPER EXCITED my hands are sort of trembling as I type! cause!!! I’m getting a new phone and a new phone plan!

Prior to this, I’ve been using prepaid and it’s soooooo expensive so I can’t make a lot of calls and won’t give my number to anyone so they won’t call me! Cause I get charged when I receive calls too =(

BUT now no worries! Me, barry, Su ann, Carol and her friend are all under a family plan now so it’s free to call anyone under the family plan! And free calls during nights and weekends! And free calls to all AT&T people! AND! FREE texts to all under my family plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and lots of homework due T________T my weekend actually started on wed since it’s mountain day and I only had one class on thurs and all my classes were cancelled on fri but can you believe that I didn’t do any work at all since wed?? I feel so bad but I kept telling myself that it’s ok cause it’s my birthday week but now my birthday week is coming to an end T__T and I seriously have to get started on my school work!

erm welllll it’s still my birthday month! which will end in 2 days anyway…………….

Ok because I’m now 20, I will talk about my day in great great detail (no relevance but what the heck I’m 20 I can put two things together without any connection if I want to hahha)

I woke up at 6am and thought that it was mountain day cause it was in my dream and my dream was super vivid. I then found out that I was only dreaming and went back to sleep, woke up again at 7am to listen for the bell and when it rang, I jumped up, turned off my alarm since I don’t have to go to class at 8.30am anymore and went online wtf.

Went back to sleep and woke up around 12.30pm to check my email and found that I had TWO packages waiting for me. Jumped up in glee and hopped around the room and shouted hip hip hurray wtf. Then, I went and retrieved my two packages!

I asked Barry if he sent me anything the day before and he said no cause he’s really broke now (which is true wtf) so I really didn’t expect him to send me anything!!! And the other package was a huge surprise too! ok I have so much to say this will be a longgggggggggg post.

Wait wait, backtrack a little. The night before my birthday, I went out to eat with Giang and her friends! I haven’t been out to eat for ages and was craving like crazy for japanese food (MY ULTIMATE FAV)

My mom wanted to get rid of the oversized blazer but I liked it so I took it for myself. I still really like it! Probably need a better belt with that but bah no need to waste money la

ok moving on back to my packages!!

So I opened Barry’s package first to find a card and a box. The box was a bottle of vanilla essence for my room! He gave me vanilla candles last year but we have this stupid fire policy so I had to hide the candles so this year he got me this instead! (vanilla is our scent cause..of a long story..and now everytime I smell vanilla it reminds me of him, and us =) )

Ok then I read his card.

This is actually a song! He always sings it to me haha and it gets really addictive. (but he sings it do your ears hang low instead of boobs wtf) So whenever he misses me he’ll ask me if my ears hang low T__T

Blabla happy birthday blabla you’re so pretty wtf blabla then he said there is a box of 56 hershey’s kisses inside with a note in every single one and I can only eat one a day cause it’s 56 days until we meet again!!!!!!!1 A kiss for a day until the real kiss =)

Then I read on..and he said inside the box somewhere, there’s also an 18k white gold ring T___________________T

Cause I’ve been bugging him a lot before we left Malaysia about getting couple rings but in the end we never got them and I pretended to not be upset but he knew I was really upset so he secretly got me one T__________T and another for himself too T_____________T

I started crying when I saw that crybaby me but that was really very sweet!

I ate the first kiss and this is what it says inside. “our mfeo psychic power damn chun” Aww =)))) cause we always say we’re mfeo (made for each other) cause we always can guess what the other is thinking/doing/wanna say! I can’t wait to read what’s inside the other 55 kisses! I love you baby <3 You’re the sweetest guy in the world.

I was soooo touched! How did you know I like all this T___T I love you too <3! Hello panda, shrimp flavored cracket,rice crackers, custard biscuits, a kitteh and a wooly scarf!!!!! I’m so happy =D

Let’s talk about me and Su Ann. I first found out about her from Ginny, who was told from Tze that I looked like her (ginny). So Ginny came to my blog and we started talking and she told me that there was this really good writer and that I should visit her blog, and so I did. Su ann was still blogging in her pinkskyes blog and I really loved her blog so I started reading/stalking her.

I don’t know how or when or what happened but we added each other on msn and started talking about sex wtf (cause we were young and very curious!) and also talked a lot about pendidikan moral wtf. We would share tips for SPM and talk about our relationships like any other 17 year old..

So what started as a blogger reading another blogger’s blog then evolved to a beautiful friendship that really revolves around blogging a lot..wtf. She was already pretty famous back then but she became more and more famous, and I started getting more readers too so we usually talk about the blogosphere (and how evil it can be)

Oi who says blogging is all about competition?? It wasn’t at all to us ok! It was really a lot about friendship to me cause I made so many friends and besides the club, Su Ann was the one person I was really glad that I became friends with. I said I wanted to write about my favorite blogs right? Well, quaintly.net is number 1 on my list =)

I’ve always loved her writing and sometimes even felt like she has a large influence on my writing style. When she was applying to the states, I was so damned sure that she would get into all the colleges and look where she is now =)

She was and is an inspiration to me and will always be, as I’m sure she is to many of you out there too. If there’s one blogger the blogosphere can never do without, it’d definitely be her. You sure are a friend I can never do without..haih why am I so sweet wtf

OK back to my day in great detail

After crying and feeling touched, I did some work and then went to Giang’s friend’s house to eat! He prepared some food for us cause it’s my birthday and tomorrow is Giang’s birthday! (btw, giang is pronounced as zang) Here is a picture of the burger buns….I forgot to take pictures of the food cause was too hungry

After dinner, I came back feeling warm and fuzzy and loved and here I am now, blogging about my day in great detail to another bunch of people who have always made me feel loved too.

So this is how I spent my birthday, and it just keeps getting better every year =)

Today I’m going to touch on a subject very dear to me, something that I’ve been wanting to talk about for ages, something that I think everyone should know about.

Ok before you get your panties up in a bunch, that something actually consists of two things. One of it is slightly serious and will create a big hoohaa in the blogosphere and might give me a big trouble so I’ll hold that one first. I’m currently jobless now sighhhh. I actually found a job but as a ball runner for a soccer game T__T which means I have to stand at the sideline and whenever the ball is kicked out, I have to run after it T___T hahaha actually quite funny wtf. Can you imagine me doing that boohoo and I only got THREE shifts the whole semester!

I really need more hours right now cause I’m going somewhere magical this winter break and I need lotsa money for that!

I applied for a few other jobs but am waiting with my fingers crossed now. Applied for a job as a blogger (YEAH WEI let’s hope I get that!!) for the college, a job as the trash woman (whatever will do la beggars can’t be choosy) and another job as someone who calls people up to ask for donations wtf.

Wish me luck!!! I really need to start earning money to pay back my ridiculous loan! Let’s just hope what’s happening with wall street now will not affect my chances to get an internship/job later.

I cooked dinner yesterday! Cause I was already sick of the food here (it has only been a week =( …) and my current dorm has a kitchen! This is my fried rice with all the ingredients stolen from the dining hall..the rice, the chicken, the vege and egg. It was sooo good! (not visually wtf)

Due to my sheer unphotogenic-ness, I don’t think I liked taking pictures that much so I can’t find a lot taken when I was 16.

That was me when i was 16. This was taken from my yearbook. I tried cutting my fringe real short and it turned disastrous so I swept them aside and somehow it parted in the middle T_T

This was when I was 17! Still had that long fringe and black virgin hair (and still dark). Oh that’s barry wtf he looked kinda..girlish.

Oh! I had this period in my life where I was kind of confused, hence the pottu on my forehead. I thought it was really pretty though!

There you go wtf. I was also working as a waitress during the holidays and everyday, someone will ask me if I was chinese or indian and I’d say ‘why? does it matter?’ it a very cool manner hahaha

Ok fine so maybe I might have exaggerated *a little* on how ugly my hair is (was, actually, more on this later) but okay, I’ll post pictures up and you can judge for yourself. Anyway what happened was, poor innocent me balik-ed kampung right? And it was a jolly time and all with durians and seafood and all sorts of hawker delight UNTIL I made the wrong decision to cut my hair.

There was this small salon that we always frequented since forever and I thought lalala nothing can go wrong right and it was much cheaper to cut there than to cut in kl. Then, I asked for a trim and didn’t think it was worth my money so I put on a brave face and said ‘ok layer more!’ which was a hugeeeeeeeeee mistake. Sigh, lesson learnt. Never ever want to get your money’s worth again and never ever let an ah beng ‘layer’ your hair.

When he was in the midst of layering my hair, I saw what he was gonna do and freaked out.

I almost fainted ok and started shivering like crazy wtf. I told him sternly that no I don’t want this hair (which was a little too late cause he already cut it half way T_T) and he was like don’t worry after this very nice one this one is the latest style WTF I don’t care if it’s the latest style it’s damn ugly ok T_____T Anyway I was so stupid cause I was too scared to say anything in case if he gets angry and simply cut later wtf so look what happened:

!!! It was supposed to be exactly like the picture I drew at first but after I freaked out, he toned it down and it became like this, which is still super ugly!! What kinda hairstyle is this!! How is this the latest trend?!

Anyway it didn’t look that bad in the salon but when I went back, it looked uglier and uglier. After this picture was taken, I couldn’t take it anymore and went back and demanded for someone else other than the ah beng to fix this catastrophe so now it’s fixed. fuh!

now it looks like this….which looks pretty normal except that it’s much thinner and shorter sigh.

Ok biggest dilemma in all 19 years of my pathetic existence so far:  should I cut it this short?? I only need to chop away the long layers..which I can do it myself for free wtf (sorry I was still wearing my pajamas here haih what to do life as a bummer like this one lah wake up whenever I want so don’t have to be pressured to bathe)

(but I shall put on a nicer top and pretend that I have something to do after this wtf)

Pros: Err something different I guess

Cons: I’m gonna freeze during winter without my long hair to keep my neck warm! and my shoulders are kinda fat/big so I need my long hair to feel more secure, without it I’ll feel so exposed..

To further bimbofy this post, let me tell you what I bought in sg wang today. I know it’s crazy but sg wang is my favorite mall from now on cause everything is sooooo cheap. I bought 3 things today!! which is a LOT to me ok please don’t judge me wtf

I think I’m starting to like my new hair..but I’ll definitely miss my long unlayered village hair =(

p.s: I bought Forensic Heroes II on dvd to watch on my 24-hour long flight! Slight problem: it only has chinese subtitle and my cantonese is just alright, so I’m kinda scared that I won’t be able to catch the story. Anyone knows where I can download english/malay subtitle into my dvds? Sounds pretty impossible actually.
