Today I’m going to touch on a subject very dear to me, something that I’ve been wanting to talk about for ages, something that I think everyone should know about.

Ok before you get your panties up in a bunch, that something actually consists of two things. One of it is slightly serious and will create a big hoohaa in the blogosphere and might give me a big trouble so I’ll hold that one first. The other one is super duper serious which I will talk about today.

Ok let’s talk about this drama. I like most of the cast actually and my favorite character is ah yuet (tavia yeung) but after I found out that kun ka zai (raymond lam) can sing, my heart melted and he’s my favorite now!

THE WHOLE SHOW LA BASICALLY I love this show so much! I even went back and rewatched a few episodes while waiting for the new one to come out! I’m waiting for episode 37 can’t wait can’t wait! I don’t want the show to end cause it’s so nice =(((

I’m currently jobless now sighhhh. I actually found a job but as a ball runner for a soccer game T__T which means I have to stand at the sideline and whenever the ball is kicked out, I have to run after it T___T hahaha actually quite funny wtf. Can you imagine me doing that boohoo and I only got THREE shifts the whole semester!

I really need more hours right now cause I’m going somewhere magical this winter break and I need lotsa money for that!

I applied for a few other jobs but am waiting with my fingers crossed now. Applied for a job as a blogger (YEAH WEI let’s hope I get that!!) for the college, a job as the trash woman (whatever will do la beggars can’t be choosy) and another job as someone who calls people up to ask for donations wtf.

Wish me luck!!! I really need to start earning money to pay back my ridiculous loan! Let’s just hope what’s happening with wall street now will not affect my chances to get an internship/job later.

I cooked dinner yesterday! Cause I was already sick of the food here (it has only been a week =( …) and my current dorm has a kitchen! This is my fried rice with all the ingredients stolen from the dining hall..the rice, the chicken, the vege and egg. It was sooo good! (not visually wtf)

Arghhh still waiting impatiently for MR episode 37!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Due to my sheer unphotogenic-ness, I don’t think I liked taking pictures that much so I can’t find a lot taken when I was 16.

That was me when i was 16. This was taken from my yearbook. I tried cutting my fringe real short and it turned disastrous so I swept them aside and somehow it parted in the middle T_T

This was when I was 17! Still had that long fringe and black virgin hair (and still dark). Oh that’s barry wtf he looked kinda..girlish.

Oh! I had this period in my life where I was kind of confused, hence the pottu on my forehead. I thought it was really pretty though!

There you go wtf. I was also working as a waitress during the holidays and everyday, someone will ask me if I was chinese or indian and I’d say ‘why? does it matter?’ it a very cool manner hahaha

Due to a demand to blog from certain people, I shall put aside the million and one things I have to do and blog about something really boring..like about me going to the church.

I know! close your mouths now!

Ok back story: My friend Giang asked me to go to some Christian Fellowship thingy this evening and normally I’d reject these kinda invitations since I’m strictly not a religious person AT ALL. But she said I’ll meet new friends and you all know how much I need more friends right now wtf. So I said ok I’ll gooo provided if they have free food wtf.

No free food in the end but I had lotsa fun! I noticed that religious people are generally much friendlier wtf, why ah? Cause when we first got there, we stood at a corner quietly and so many people approached us! I’m also going to the real church this Sunday for a mass (gasp all you want) BECAUSE they said we’re gonna go to Umass (a university) after that and eat there! Everyone knows umass has the bestttt food everrr! (oh for free too =DDDD)

Anywayyy I don’t have anything interesting to talk about. I just read all the news about what’s going on back home now and felt so appalled! What is happening to my country! Yeah I know people are gonna say that I’m not there now so I don’t have the right to be concerned/talk about it/feel sad but hey I’m here physically but every other part of me is back home with you guys ok *emo wtf

I don’t know much about it so I’m not going to sound smart and talk about it. But do tell me more if you want, and please think before you comment about this though cause you never know..I might get in trouble for the comments =S unless if that’s what you want to happen to me wtf

I broke whatever rules I set for myself today cause I ate..after 9pm.

Mine was Asam Laksa but I didn’t take a picture of it.

I love mini snacks cause it’s only 137kcal per packet and I don’t feel that guilty eating it. I asked my mom to send me more but she said she doesn’t wanna make me fatter =(

I broke another rule…I usually will never ever drink the soup cause it’s really bad for you but omg the taste of asam laksa maggi was sooooo good I had to drink all of it.The taste is still lingering somewhere in my mouth. mmmm

super satisfied lor! Although I probably just gained another kg but I’ve never felt happier gaining that kg

oh I wanted to buy a daily planner thingy and a calendar and went to the bookstore. To my chagrin, I found out that a daily planner costs around $5!!! (rm18) So expensive! So! I did it myself! Drew this calendar myself and used an old notebook as my daily planner..which I haven’t gotten around to using yet.

ok I have to finish all my work today and tomorrow so I can go to the church this Sunday! this is a new suet yo wtf (although I find it really hard to not scream ‘god doesn’t exist!!’ when they’re talking about how great He is..but I shall go to the church anyway to help me understand this fascination with a non-existent being) (and eat umass’ food)

I love getting packages but all I’ve been getting these days are textbooks..textbooks..and more textbooks. The best packages I’ve received so far are:

a package from my boyfriend for my birthday. This is the most thoughtful package ever cause there was this packet of banana walnut muffins (MY FAV!), two vanilla scented candles (for a certain reason..), streamers and more candles and a happy birthday banner!

a package of pineapple tarts, other random chinese cookies and dried meat from a fellow reader, fish. I loveeed this one!

a package from my boyfriend after we had a hugeee fight early this year. It was a bag he bought from Berlin for me and a long love letter *shy

and now another package!!! WHAT COULD IT BE!!?

But before revealing what’s inside the mysterious package,

oh it’s cold already now! i hate it T__T why so fast huhuuh it’s 18celcius today so I’m wearing boots!

I’m so happy now, thank you VERY VERY MUCH TO Justina!!!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU! She knew that I’ve been wanting a straightener since forever and sent one to me!!! I’m so happy cause I’ve always always wanted a straightener (since forever wtf) and never got around to buying it cause it’s usually really expensive >.>

But now I can kiss all my trips to the hair product section of the mall goodbye! No more looking at straighteners longingly and not buy them!

I feel the same way everytime when I’m here. I tend to think less about my blog, about other blogs, and about the blogging world in general. In Malaysia, it’s hard to not blog for a long time because I don’t want my readers to run away and my hits to plummet. I always get so worked up when I listen to gossips about other supposedly ‘famous’ bloggers and sometimes get upset. But here, when I blog, I’m blogging for myself, not because I want to compete or anything. I don’t have to worry if other ‘famous’ bloggers are invited to an event and I’m not invited, or that I’m being paid less in an advertorial etc.
